Understanding Low Mood
We all feel down from time to time. But when that low mood lingers, making it hard to get out of bed, enjoy your day, or feel any motivation, it may be time to talk to someone. Low mood doesn’t always mean depression, but it can impact your sleep, appetite, relationships, and overall quality of life.
How Counselling Can Help with Low Mood
Counselling provides a non-judgmental, confidential space where you can explore what’s weighing you down. Together, we look at possible triggers, from life events to patterns of thinking, and work toward helping you feel lighter, more in control, and reconnected with the parts of life that bring you joy.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, lost, or simply not yourself, you're not expected to "snap out of it." You’re supported every step of the way.
